Soph is an AuDHD Titled Pain Physiotherapist and Clinical Director at Vive Pain & Fatigue, an online private practice specialising in integrative physiotherapy care for complex pain, fatigue, and invisible illnesses.
She has extensive clinical experience supporting individuals with conditions including fibromyalgia, Long COVID, ME/CFS, POTS, and Ehlers-Danlos/Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders. Her approach is grounded in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and person-centred care, shaped in part by her own lived experience of ME/CFS.
She is engaged at a broader professional level as a committee member of the NSW Branch of the APA Pain Group, provides clinical mentoring and tailored professional development for health professionals and clinics across Australia, and co-hosts the Beyond Pain & Fatigue podcast.
Soph is also a current PhD candidate, with transdisciplinary research interests spanning rural health equity, social justice, psychologically informed practice, neurodivergence, suicide prevention, and the management of complex pain and fatigue conditions.
She has published in peer-reviewed journals and presents regularly at national and international conferences.

She is also part of a current international research collaboration exploring the intersections of hypermobility disorders, pain, fatigue, comorbid illnesses, neurodivergence and gender diversity.
